leftover treasure

surge with me
in the same direction
at the same pace
toward the same cause

stare up at the sky
with me
for a moment, and see
that we are
listening
to the same
tune

no time for seemingly unreachable
confusion.
stand in front of me.
tower over leftover treasure,
and figure out what was
in the air between all of our words

a fine ordinary moment

dear fine moment… my first few sips of coffee,

you change my life.  you hold a memory of all other days, alive with transitions from dreamy to present.
as the fog clears, starry-eyed i begin to plan my day in a fine moment.

you witness me as my dreams come to mind, as i walk in the shadows of time becoming conscious.

and in the peace of my home before the storm, children sleeping, cats purring, sun rising, even though you don’t last long, you help me realize
that fine moments in life exist…

breathless inspiration

Kevala kumbhaka transfixed inspiration melts us, ” as eloquently put by Stuart Sovatsky in his book, Your Perfect Lips: A Spiritual-Erotic Memoir.

Spontaneously breathless awe or serenity is what life should be about.  In every moment, in all that we do.  Can you imagine this?

Just the happy days, with freedom and no plans for what will be.  Does it seem possible?  It is in a feeling, not to be described with usual words spoken to describe life.

The sense that you lose your breath and it doesn’t matter.  Your heart stops to stare at time in a moment that also stops. It is Tantra.

It melts me to think of  how you would be here this morning, but this memory is only a moment in time — a time that happens any time.  So, I let go of time.

I feel your wind whisper to me anyway in my transfixed melting moment dans ma cœur.  Thank you.
