tiger eye

crystal clear
my mind’s eye

find the eye of my patient heart
and my perfect timing

slow
yet deliberate
i focus now
on you…

as you
change my life
balance me
give me strength
quiet me

as i climb the walls
to my secret
platform in the sky

to say to you

it will all be ok…
your heart
exposed to the perilous space
which took your breath
led by that which
lures you into the current
you need
love directs your course
you know..

and it is no mistake
that you felt him looking at you
as if looking through
knowing all in an instant
that day
more than once
as if to say to you silently
yet directly
some day you will be mine

perfect moment

perfect
what is perfect?
what does it mean?
perfect feeling in your heart?
perfect smile on the face of the person looking
into you?
perfect song?
perfect candle?
perfect light of the sun shining down upon you?
how about a perfect moment.
that is what i had.
definitely.

silence speaks

Dear heart, sometimes I wonder who I am.  I feel like I’ve never done this before, like I am new to love.  Sometimes I get too nervous as if my vulnerable child is coming out of her shell for the first time. And when I do, I feel like a hummingbird alone in the rain.

A silent moment asks me to breathe in all that I feel and ‘stay with me please’ with eyes looking into me.  The answer is in the presence.  To really feel the present moment with ease is to not worry about anything else but it.  The answer is to not worry about needing to describe it in words, to anyone else or to myself.  Those who share the moment too, will know exactly what I mean anyway.  Silence speaks with a swirling energy between two people anyway, whether they are touching, across a room, or across the world. In that presence, another spirit is born… left to float off into the clouds at sunset but never to stop penetrating the everlasting moment.

river of time

you exist
outside the river of time

so do i
passing through the veil
to this place in my heart

a journey through
before finding the sun…

in me there is magic to this life
to realize the answers

because love survives
tattooed forever
as the one
who will find the way
forever enchanted
to eternity

receive your gift

We go to yoga class. We start the class by making an intention. Then what?

Do we hold true to its energy every second of the class? No. We tuck it away in our heart and let it speak its own words to our soul.

For, the energy of a wish comes from within us and can hardly hide its wings when we are moving the prana as we move our bodies in twists and waves.

What we feel comes from within. Before the words even articulate themselves to our being, we know what it is we are trying to say.

Sometimes we are silenced. Sometimes this is a blessing. In this inability to find words, our soul is telling us to go deeper. Look into the still pond of your being. Do not always rely on words. Look to the swirling space that doesn’t want to hear your words and give it your thanks.

There is more to living.

Namaste.

lumière

in my mind
i see much that is false
but when your light
ta lumière

shines upon me, upon you
like a star, étoile brillante
the false, the imprisoned
dissolves
and all that remains is
that which is authentic
and true
untouchable
the unbelievable truth…

look through the window,
my dear
this magic
detects only that which
can survive the darkest days
and nights
it removes the rest
leaving us with
all that we dreamed
to see the end, look at the beginning
it whispers to you
–>> remember us.

please use your light
t r u s t  it…
to light our path
that we walk together
hand in hand
to light our soul that we built
with blind faith and two bottomless hearts ❤ <3.

from here

from here
in the space absent of you
i have more power to give.

erased are your doubts
gone is the pressure
to be more than i am
for now i can see
that in you, you saw
a perfect soul
and it was me.

your answer to life was me
all questions answered
since the first day i came
into your heart
and i in you
you are a resonance
of my perfect heart
beating
you looked after me like a brother
a best friend.

i find now
that in letting go of something
there is a hidden treasure
to be found
in the experience.

i have found what means the most.

life is a journey

Life is a journey. I intend to make it worthwhile.

With regards to this journey it is not important what the venue, physical activity, or endeavor, or even the goal. What we make of our experience is what counts. What matters is the lessons that remain with us after we have completed whatever it is we do and how we integrate this knowledge in our hearts back into the society in which we live. It is a true life meditation to keep lessons we learn inside us and never let the magic die.

“Everything you are against weakens you. Everything you are for empowers you” (Wayne Dyer). I have found this to be true. Like the The Secret, whatever you give your power to (even mentally), you make stronger.

I emulate my life in my yoga practice. I let myself fall to see what is on the other side of that moment. I take all of the positive powerful experiences I feel as a person onto the mat with me and play them out, so to speak, to fruition. I use the power of the energy I generate there to feed my experience, using its fuel to vaporize any false stories or inhibitions I may have about myself.

I reach a point where the past and the future become unimportant. There is only that moment, and the incredible certainty that everything is taking place as it should be, and this fills me with trust.

I know I have a question about life and that it will unfold as I breathe. With each step I will be open for new discovery in the next moment. Moving my body will unlock the fruits of the inquiry that I cannot know until it happens.

Why do trust? Because of the mere fact that I exist. I trust everything that is happening to me in my life. I let my body guide the way. This allows my heart to shine and my mind to take a backseat.

the way

i had no choice
but to move forward on my path
finding love in my heart
fearlessly opening to life
as i returned again
to the land
that was like a father to me
giving me life situations i needed
that were meant for me to progress
and seemed to have
the same heartbeat as my own heart.

along “the way” i was led to silence
a peace that i had never known
and a truth that will remain
with me
as magic
forever
begging my return.

only by air

to disconnect from you
my heart stops a little
as if a part of me given… yet unreceived
and i leave myself behind
to watch with no voice
looking back as if a dream.

then you flap your wings
and come to me
no time passed
and you remind me
we are both sharing the same wind
i am resting, maybe sleeping
always feeling

the force that moves between us
and through things
held together
only by air.
