come to me with your confidence
that you know i want.
you don’t expect me to be someone i’m not,
because you know i am vulnerable, right?
you can see the tenderness in
the reality of my defenseless heart.
i like my voice as it describes you to me
…and now, i have something i need to tell you
don’t ask me to show you what it’s like to lose a beautiful heart,
don’t let me go another day before i tell you i love you.

Beautiful…you can feel the emotions of your words. I can close my eyes and feel the yearning of your heart. Love it!
and i wrote it with my eyes closed. 😉 thanks for your comment

i believe in love… and all the positivity it has to offer. glad you enjoyed..
Fantastic way to grab the reader,
“come to me with your confidence”
And the remainder is equally lyrical.
thank you, to move into the reason we are here, not away from
grand opening line, well done free verse.
thank you… just came to me 😉 thanks for stopping by.
thank you, thanks for stopping by
very direct and romantic,
at times, we must face our emotions ..
a good entry to enjoy.
the key to love
So soft and sweet. The vulnerability concerned me a little. I’ll hope no matter the depth of the emotions, that we stay safe enough to not shatter (just in-case).
i beleive in moving toward vulnerability, as that’s where the healing occurs.
a lot behind these words..
love is innocent itself,
yet we regret that not all love is fulfilled with dreamy satisfactions.
emotional lines, well done.
hot, beautiful verse.
thanks for your comment..
Sentimental : )
